Personally, stress will get to me, and there is not too much you can do to prevent it, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t treat it. My top favorite ways to cope with being under a lot of stress is:

  • Going to get my nails done
  • Going to eat at Chick-fil-A
  • Playing soccer
  • Hanging out with my travel soccer girls
  • Having a movie-day in
  • Play with my puppy!!
  • Talk to my parents about it
  • Go to a coffee shop
