Yellow Jacket Victory Over Daniel Warrents State Game

GREER– The Greer High School Yellow Jackets won there upper state game against D.W. Daniel and are on the way to Columbia.

When asked how the win Cheer captain Kamille Bush said “I was over the moon. It felt like a dream. I know how hard these boy’s work and I know they deserve it. All of the cheerleaders are so very proud to be able to cheer in our Jackets.”

The energy created by the Greer community was indescribable. Everyone was on their feet.

Kyle Schnieder Offensive line-men was asked how he felt he said “I felt over whelmed with joy and happiness to know that what this team has been working towards is finally becoming a reality.” When asked what he and the team were doing to prepare he said they have been and will continue to work hard in the weight room. He is inspired by his family.

In the end the score was 35 Jackets 23 D.W. Daniel. Although for some it was their last Friday night lights at Dooley Field the Greer High School Yellow Jackets are not done yet.
