Celebrate 100 Years at Denver Downs Farm

Emily Robertson, Staff Writer

For years, Denver Downs Farm has held their fall get-togethers. This is a great way for families to get together and have some fun with other families. At the farm, kids run and jump in hay, see different farm animals like pigs and goat, find the different posts in the corn maze, go on a hay ride, and lots more.

It is 15 dollars per person with kids 2 and under being free. The haunted attractions cost a little more and are separate from the rest of the farm. Food and drinks like lemonade, popcorn, nachos, and Dippin-Dots are sold in the farm.

Denver Downs Farm is closed on Mondays through Wednesdays. On Thursday it’s opened 5-10 pm, Friday 5-11 pm, Saturday 10 am-11 pm, and Sunday 1-10 pm.

The farm has a huge corn maze and every year they have a theme. This year’s theme was John Deere and they won 2nd in the nation for best corn maze.
