Top Ten New Years Resolution Fails

January 16, 2018
“New year, new me.” I’m pretty sure everyone has heard that saying before. People make New Year’s resolutions every year and only 8 percent of people actually follow through with it. Some common goals are to lose weight, stop procrastinating, get organized, make money, eat healthy, and volunteer.
The top 10 most common broken New Year’s Resolutions are to lose weight/get fit, quit smoking, learn something new, eat healthier/diet, get out of debt/save money, spend more time with the family, travel to new places, be less stressed, volunteer, and drink less.
People forget about their resolutions or have no time to follow through with them. If you really want to follow through with your resolution, you will have to be really dedicated to your resolution to be successful.
If you fail your resolution this year, just know another year is around the corner to make a new one.
