Greer High School went head to head with Byrnes High School at home Friday night, the 25th. The score was 42-7.

To get a better inside look on the game, a few cheerleaders were asked their thoughts. Kamille Bush was asked during halftime how she thought the Jackets were doing. She replied,  “I don’t think they are communicating but I love my team!” After the game we asked her what she thinks went wrong and why we lost. Kamille thinks we lost because, “we kept running the same play.”

Alison Bernabe was also asked at halftime how she thought the Jackets were doing and she said, “they are fighting hard.” Alison believes we lost because there was not enough communication. Along with Kamille and Alison, Laila Canada believed the Jackets tried their best during the game and just needed to communicate more.

Greer Yellow Jackets lost to the Rebels, but it prepared the Jackets to try harder and work together to “go to battle” this Friday against Clinton.
