Yellow Jackets Fall to Tigers, 64-54

GREER — Greer High School sophomore Magic Moody scored 21 points Wednesday night; however, the Yellow Jackets’ boy’s basketball team fell to Southside High School, 64-54, at Southside High School.

Greer (2-2) was tied with the Tigers at 28-28 at Halftime; however, Southside outscored the Yellow Jackets 19-11 in the third quarter to take an eight-point lead.

Junior Andy Bryson added 12 points from his four 3-pointers. Junior Sam Gravely also scored 11 points.

The Yellow Jackets will be back in action Thursday night as they host Dorman High School. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.
