GREER – This is Elizabeth Heaton’s first year of teaching science at Greer High School. Heaton teaches Biology and Earth Science.

Heaton graduated from Mauldin High School in 2009, and continued on to the University of South Carolina, of which she is a big fan. Heaton graduated from USC with a B.S. in Biology in 2012 and earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary Science Education in 2015.

Heaton’s hobbies include hiking, shopping, running, and, of course, going to South Carolina football games.

Heaton enjoys teaching at Greer.  “I like it a lot. So far it’s very good,” Heaton said.
